Data centre FAQ
Is my server in an ISO 27001 certified data centre?
Yes. The Digital Realty data centre in Vienna is certified to ISO/IEC 27001, among others. Penta Infra, operator of the Berlin data centre, is also ISO/IEC 27001 certified; the Berlin site itself is additionally audited to TÜViT TSI Level 3 and EN 50600 Class 3.
Which IP addresses do I get?
Servers at the Vienna location receive Austrian IP addresses, servers in Berlin German IP addresses – important, for example, for services aimed at Austrian users or that check access by country.
Do you offer an SLA with guaranteed availability?
Yes. On request we conclude a service level agreement with up to 99.99% availability. Talk to us and we will prepare a suitable offer.
Can I visit the data centre?
Data centres of this class have strict access rules. For colocation customers, accompanied access is possible by arrangement – just ask us.
